Lake Macquarie Winds is grateful for the generous support of Create NSW that allows us to continue our music, retain our membership, and meet our financial commitments.
Membership subscriptions are the main source of revenue for LMW.
Subscription fees are used primarily to fund:

- Association memberships
- Uniforms
- Administration costs
- Music purchases
- Support for young musicians entering competitions and encouragement awards
Sponsorship is sought for specific events along with financial support, services and donations of time and products for:
- Instruments
- Music
- Scholarships

Sponsorship by the local business community, government bodies and ordinary people support the mission of the band to continue to provide community service performances and contribute to the ongoing training of young and not so young musicians.
