Lake Macquarie Winds
Lake Macquarie Winds is a community band from the Lake Macquarie region, near Newcastle NSW. We rehearse Wednesday evenings during NSW school terms. We hold concerts each year, open for anyone to attend and enjoy! We also play at combined band days, competitions, and community events.
We welcome new musicians! For our senior band, a minimum standard of grade 3 AMEB or equivalent proficiency is advised; we also have a Development Band accepting all instruments, all levels, all ages. Contact Ruth for more information or click here .
